Evolution Timeline

I have been thinking about an object that is somehow combines social media and smartphone technology and is a device that scans humans and returns a holographic profile and enables a person to choose to keep that person in their memory or lose them. The hologram returns key information about the person. Since I am thinking a lot about smart tech, particularly smartphones, I decided to do a timeline of the history and future of smartphones.
